After moving to the UK, Mila worked as a dental nurse in a specialist practice as well as being an Oral Health Educator and Treatment & Implant Coordinator and being involved in procedures like implant surgery, sinus lifts, and periodontal surgery, acquiring a vast amount of dental knowledge along the way.

Later she became an Area Manager for Osstem Dental Implant company and was helping dentists in their implant journey, whether it was educational or practical. This is when she has decided to invest her knowledge and experience into a Dental Practice.

Dr Mila MacLeod is Managing Director and the Practice Manager of ORION Dental & Implant Centre, but also you can often see her in the surgery assisting dentists, welcoming patients at the desk when Sarah is not in and helping patients with advice on treatments required in her role as a Treatment Coordinator. Mila also provides aesthetic medicine treatments at ORION Dental & Implant Centre.

Mila is very adventurous, she loves playing piano, dancing, travelling, scuba diving, sailing and DIY & design!

He has treated many celebrities over the years including Oscar winners, sports personalities, and many famous faces from the music industry. Daniel is a huge advocate of the latest techniques in Minimally Invasive Dentistry, Biomimetics and the use of microscopy in Dentistry. He combines the art of dentistry with a strong scientific evidence-base to provide an advanced approach to dentistry. Daniel accepts referrals for Microscopic Endodontics, tooth wear and TMJ (jaw joint / grinding) disorders. He is also a member of the British Endodontic Society.

In his spare time Daniel loves spending time with his family, travelling, and is a keen documentary and wedding photographer. He also enjoys playing guitar, scuba-diving and snowboarding.

Juliet joined the team in 1991, since then she has helped improve our patients’ dental health. Juliet enjoys meeting new patients and putting them at ease.

In her spare time Juliet enjoys embroidery, walking her Staffie and reading.

Passionate about creating natural, beautiful and healthy smiles is aligned with ORION’s ethos of working to enhance natural beauty and using a light touch to keep teeth healthy and harmonious with the patient’s unique facial features. He has completed postgraduate course in Aesthetic Dentistry, run by renowned Prof Paul Tipton. Marcin will be offering smile makeovers and orthodontic treatment using the Invisalign system.

In addition to all routine dentistry, he excels at personalised facial aesthetics. His deep understanding of facial anatomy allows him to deliver results that are never "overdone," but rather perfectly balanced to complement his restorative dental work.

Marcin’s interest in more advanced techniques to provide natural smiles led him to be awarded the Postgraduate Award in Orthodontics by London City Dental School. Marcin is a scientific author with an interest in dental composites, with studies published in both Poland and by renowned publishers Quintessence, United Kingdom.

When he isn’t refining smiles, Marcin is a devoted family man. He enjoys traveling with his wife Anna and their three sons, and staying active playing football and squash.

His work is limited to all forms of simple and complex dental implant treatments, All-on-4, Implant-supported dentures, complex restorative dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, veneers, crowns, bone and soft tissue reconstruction & grafting, periodontal plastic surgery, occlusal rehabilitations and full mouth rehabilitations. 

His goal is to be able to deliver pain-free dentistry in a comfortable, warm and friendly environment and to build caring lifelong relationships and trust with patients.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and designing and making silver jewellery.
