  • What should I do if I’ve knocked out a tooth?

    Try to place the tooth back in the socket (if possible), or store it in milk or saliva and bring it with you. Seek treatment immediately, timing is critical.

  • Can I walk in without an appointment?

    We recommend calling ahead to ensure availability. Walk-ins are accepted when possible, but scheduled emergencies are prioritised.

  • Will I be treated fully on the day?

    Where possible, yes. We aim to relieve pain and stabilise the issue during the emergency visit. Any additional treatment can be planned from there.

  • Do you treat non-registered patients?

    Yes , we welcome both registered and new patients in emergency situations.

  • Is there an additional charge for emergency care?

    An emergency consultation fee applies. We will provide a transparent quote for any further treatment before proceeding.
