So what's involved?Well, we'll start by taking an x-ray and assessment. Then there's the implanting - a minor surgical procedure under local anaesthetic in our clinic - followed by a period to let the bone attach firmly to the implant. Then we simply restore your tooth, using a crown, bridge or overdenture. It's often less traumatic having an implant placed than a tooth removed!
