What is Sleepwell?

Sleepwell is a customised mouthpiece worn when sleeping.

How does Sleepwell work?

The Sleepwell mouthpiece holds your lower jaw slightly forward, opening your airway and preventing vibration of throat tissue.

Will I need an appointment?

Yes, usually a couple. At the first, we'll ask you to fill in a quick questionnaire and have an impression taken of your mouth. A mouthpiece is then made specially for you, which you can collect at your second appointment.

Is it comfortable?

Yes. There is a soft inner lining and the mouthpiece allows for side-to-side movement. You can also adjust your mouthpiece to make it even more comfortable.
